Pay Gap Reporting

Please find below a link to a brief report on the call by the Equality and Human Rights Commission to extend pay gap reporting to include reporting on staff recruitment, retention and promotion by ethnicity and disability that you might want to mention when discussing the pay gap with employers. Whilst this has not been the focus this year it is worth flagging it with employers to consider as they begin to collect new data.
